What you'll do
- Build a roadmap for customer and firmographic data strategy and governance, and implement AI to reduce inefficiencies caused by unclear or missing data.
- Partner with Data, Intelligence, Analytics, IT, and Revenue Operations to implement data tools, governance processes, and scalable practices.
- Maintain playbooks and documentation, establish data-source accountability, and resolve data issues through stakeholder communication and change management.
