Provides strategic legal counsel to product, engineering, and business teams on technology products, transactions, privacy, and emerging legal issues.
What you'll do
- Advise teams and senior leaders on legal risks and product strategy; translate legal analysis into actionable guidance.
- Review and draft technology transaction agreements, terms of service, disclosures, policies, and related processes.
- Lead privacy-by-design and data-flow reviews, support marketing claim substantiation, and build scalable Legal team processes.
