Supports People teams’ Workday production needs by resolving routine tickets, maintaining reports and integrations, and escalating complex issues to HRIS.
What you'll do
- Triage and resolve routine Workday tickets and transactional errors; document and escalate complex issues.
- Create, test, and run EIBs; maintain HR reports and build audit reports for data-quality and access issues.
- Support routine business-process updates, data governance, and training for international People Operations teams.
What they ask for
- 2–4 years of hands-on Workday experience in reporting, production support, business processes, security, and functional HCM support.
- Working knowledge of Workday security concepts, including domain security and security groups.
- Experience creating and updating Workday reports.
- Strong troubleshooting and written communication skills; ability to explain Workday issues and process requirements to HR stakeholders.
Nice to have
- EIB experience and business process configuration experience, including notifications and approvals.
- Experience with audit and data-quality reporting, data governance or compliance, or international HR teams.
