Oversees daily operations at a CloudKitchens facility, including team management, partner onboarding and support, sales, facility maintenance, and profitability.
What you'll do
- Lead facility staff and manage order fulfillment, customer service, cleaning, and sanitation.
- Build restaurant partner relationships, lead tours and sales pitches, and support onboarding, retention, and issue resolution.
- Monitor KPIs and facility P&L, and oversee inspections, upkeep, minor repairs, and external maintenance vendors.
Nice to have

Pay
