Maintains and troubleshoots commercial HVAC/R and facility systems across multiple CloudKitchens sites in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on commercial HVAC/R, refrigeration, and kitchen ventilation systems.
- Travel between sites to inspect equipment, support facility operations, and coordinate vendors and corrective repairs.
- Use Building Management Systems (BMS) for monitoring and troubleshooting; verify system performance and support new facility openings.
