About the job
Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots commercial HVAC/R and related facility systems across CloudKitchens sites in the Greater DMV Area.
What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R, refrigeration, and kitchen ventilation systems; diagnose issues across multiple sites.
- Conduct inspections, use Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor and troubleshoot performance, and provide remote support.
- Support facility operations and new site openings, including basic electrical and plumbing maintenance and coordinating vendors.
