Own and improve CloudZero’s messaging and container orchestration platforms, focusing on the reliability, scaling, and performance of Kafka and Kubernetes environments.
What you'll do
- Administer and optimize Amazon EKS and Kafka, including scaling, resilience, topic governance, and service-level objectives.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for Kafka and Kubernetes, and partner with engineering teams on reliable, scalable applications.
- Manage infrastructure as code and CI/CD deployments using GitHub Actions; participate in on-call operations.
