Senior Global Benefits Manager

What you'll do

• Set the global benefits strategy and roadmap, including plan design, renewals, and program changes across markets.
• Oversee benefits administration, including leave, retirement, pensions, enrollments, employee support, reconciliations, and audits.
• Partner across People Operations, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HRIS to strengthen governance, data integrity, controls, and operational processes.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of experience in global benefits, People Operations, HR operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience administering global health and welfare, leave, retirement, and pension programs.
• Experience with self-insured health plans, including claims, utilization, cost modeling, stop-loss, renewals, vendor management, and reconciliations.
• Experience managing brokers, consultants, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders across operations, renewals, implementations, and escalations.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology, financial services, insurance, or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience with global benefits governance, benchmarking, harmonization, or program design.

Pay

CAD 130,000/year up to CAD 163,000/year (base salary; Alberta, British Columbia & Ontario); CAD 117,400/year up to CAD 146,700/year (base salary; all other locations)

Lead responsible use of AI to improve People Operations efficiency, accuracy, and employee service. The company also uses AI-assisted tools to organize and review applications; hiring decisions and interview selections are made by its human recruiting team.
