Leads Coalition’s global benefits strategy and administration, building scalable programs and processes that support employees across countries.
What you'll do
- Set the global benefits strategy and roadmap, including plan design, renewals, and program changes.
- Oversee daily administration of global benefits, leave, retirement, and pension programs, including vendor relationships, employee support, compliance, and reconciliations.
- Partner with People Operations, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HRIS on governance, data, reporting, controls, and process improvements, including responsible use of AI.

- 8+ years of experience in global benefits, People Operations, HR operations, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience administering global health and welfare, leave, retirement, and pension programs.
- Experience with self-insured health plans, including claims, utilization, cost modeling, stop-loss, renewals, vendor management, and reconciliations.
- Experience managing brokers, consultants, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders across operations, renewals, implementations, and escalations.
Nice to have

Pay
$124,300/year to $183,150/year USD (base salary)
