What you'll do
- Underwrite new and renewal accounts, including large enterprise risks, while following underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, and carrier requirements.
- Manage broker relationships and negotiate complex pricing, terms, structures, and exceptions.
- Mentor underwriters and partner cross-functionally on complex risks, portfolio strategy, and process improvements.
