Build and lead Coast’s People function, covering operations, talent, rewards, culture, compliance, and executive partnership as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Build the People team, strategy, budget, and scalable HR systems.
- Lead recruiting, performance and career development, compensation and benefits, manager support, and culture across New York and Utah.
- Own employment compliance, HR policies and records, worker classification, wage-and-hour practices, and commissioned-role agreements.

Pay
$250,000 – $280,000 USD base salary
