About the job
Own day-to-day accounting operations, including close, reconciliations, payables, billing, reporting, and compliance support.
What you'll do
- Maintain the general ledger and reconcile bank, card, and balance sheet accounts; prepare journal entries and close schedules.
- Process vendor invoices and expenses, coordinate payments, and manage customer invoices, receivables, and collections.
- Support payroll and equity accounting, financial reporting, audit and tax requests, and improvements to accounting workflows.
