Build and own Cogent Security’s IT function, systems, automation, and processes to support secure operations across offices and a remote workforce.
What you'll do
- Manage endpoint security, device provisioning, MDM, patching, and inventory; own identity and access controls and employee lifecycle provisioning.
- Manage SaaS vendors and physical IT infrastructure, provide end-user support, and respond to urgent issues.
- Automate IT workflows, define AI tool guardrails, and build documentation and self-service tools for employees.
