What you'll do
- Own the five-year operating model and annual and quarterly planning; build hiring plans and a three-statement forecast for lender and covenant reporting.
- Lead sales capacity modeling and support quota, territory, segment, pipeline, commission, pricing, and packaging analysis.
- Own core SaaS metrics, build leadership dashboards and reporting, prepare board materials, and use AI tooling to accelerate finance work.
