AI Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Reproduce, investigate, and resolve customer issues; analyze logs, traces, code paths, and system behavior to identify root causes.
• Escalate product and infrastructure issues to engineering with technical evidence, and communicate findings and guidance to customers.
• Create internal playbooks, tools, automations, and documentation; identify recurring problems and support release testing.

What they ask for

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering, infrastructure engineering, solutions engineering, technical support engineering, or developer tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP/Azure, and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to debug ambiguous technical issues, analyze logs and system behavior, and reason about code in multiple languages.

Nice to have

• Experience building tools, scripts, or automations for debugging, support, or QA.
• Familiarity with LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, IDEs, or developer productivity platforms.
