Build and lead Cognition’s federal capture function, from pursuit strategy and proposal operations to performance tracking and process improvement.
What you'll do
- Plan federal captures, contract vehicle strategy, deal structuring, pricing, and negotiations with internal teams.
- Manage solicitation tracking and proposal operations, including bid/no-bid decisions, reviews, compliance, partners, and reusable collateral.
- Develop federal GTM metrics and dashboards, track responses, and run win/loss reviews to improve repeatability.
