Own and develop Cohere’s Waypoint design system across its Figma library, production component packages, token pipeline, and design-to-code tooling, while helping make it usable by AI models.
What you'll do
- Maintain Waypoint’s Figma library and build core components and token workflows that keep design and code in sync.
- Partner with designers and engineers on system components, adoption, documentation, tooling, and architecture.
- Help structure Waypoint’s components, tokens, and patterns so AI systems can interpret and use them.
Nice to have
- Experience with design-to-code tooling such as Figma plugins, token pipelines, or MCP-based workflows; familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Experience packaging and versioning component libraries, multi-platform design systems, or AI-native products.
