What you'll do
- Lead and mentor Forward Deployed Engineers and drive deployments in private cloud and on-premises environments.
- Own customer success from technical implementation through delivery, working with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Improve deployment performance and scalability, including K8s services and GPU/CPU compute guidelines.
