Reviews therapy services for medical appropriateness, makes evidence-based clinical determinations, and supports clinical guideline development and provider discussions.
What you'll do
- Review clinical guidelines and evidence-based literature, and provide expert input on clinical content.
- Conduct timely medical reviews, document decisions, and explain outcomes to treating providers through peer-to-peer discussions.
- Support delegated projects to improve clinical expertise, review efficiency, and member/provider experience.
