Supervises and develops the RN Reviewer team, overseeing daily operations, performance, quality, and process improvements.
What you'll do
- Oversee the RN Reviewer team, set daily plans, and monitor case turnaround times and productivity.
- Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to direct reports; lead weekly team meetings.
- Identify process-efficiency improvements and coordinate changes with relevant stakeholders.
