About the job
Oversee the day-to-day execution, performance, and continuous improvement of Cohere Health’s Speech Therapy Program, coordinating teams and supporting client engagement.
What you'll do
- Manage program deliverables, timelines, milestones, and the rolling 18-month roadmap; coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Track performance metrics, partner with a Business Analyst on reporting and analysis, and escalate risks or blockers.
- Identify process and technology improvements, develop operational materials, and support client meetings and program reviews.
