Conduct research and engineering to develop, train, and deploy code-generation language models and agent systems for enterprise tasks.
What you'll do
- Track and implement research advances in code LLMs and agents; design scalable code-model training and agent inference strategies, including SFT trajectories and RL algorithms.
- Improve existing benchmarks and create new ones for enterprise needs; lead experiments using compute infrastructure.
- Collaborate with pretraining, engineering, and research teams to build production-ready systems.
