What you'll do
- Define the roadmap for the agent harness, including execution, context engineering, tool orchestration, sandbox execution, and sub-agent delegation.
- Coordinate North engineering and the Modeling team on harness design, evaluations, and agentic model capabilities.
- Engage enterprise customers to identify agent failures and translate findings into product and model requirements.
