What you'll do
- Own technical customer relationships, translate customer objectives into solutions, and advise on Cohere products and best practices.
- Build customer proofs of concept, facilitate evaluations, and collaborate with partners and Product and Engineering teams.
- Gather customer feedback, support product improvements, and develop processes to help the solutions architect team scale.
