What you'll do
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations; find and engage passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners, deliver a strong recruiting experience, and maintain market intelligence.
- Manage recruiting funnels and analytics in the ATS, develop sourcing strategies, and take on high-impact talent projects.
