Supports Coinbase’s U.S. equities brokerage operations by managing complex workflows, resolving operational issues, strengthening controls, and improving processes and tooling.
What you'll do
- Manage broker-dealer workflows, reconciliations, exceptions, and regulatory reporting support.
- Coordinate investigations and remediation across internal teams and Apex; maintain audit-ready operational documentation.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to test functionality and improve tooling, automation, and operational controls.

- Ability to independently investigate, escalate, remediate, and close complex operational issues across multiple systems.
- Experience authoring or materially improving SOPs, runbooks, controls documentation, or audit-support materials in a regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience with clearing firm or broker-dealer systems (Apex Clearing, Apex Ascend, or equivalent), plus working proficiency in SQL, Jira, and data-quality or workflow-automation tooling.

$130,900 — $154,000 USD annual base salary
