About the job
Leads forecasting and short- and medium-range capacity planning for Coinbase’s Compliance operations, aligning staffing with demand, budgets, and service goals.
What you'll do
- Own forecasts and capacity plans across compliance queues and markets, including scenario-based staffing models.
- Partner with vendor management, BPO partners, Compliance Operations, Finance, and Recruiting to align staffing plans and targets.
- Analyze forecast misses and improve planning methods and automation, using generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
What they ask for
- At least 4 years of relevant Workforce Management experience, including capacity planning and forecasting.
- Experience building and maintaining capacity models; proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with WFM platforms such as Assembled or comparable.
- Experience planning across multiple support channels and for both FTE and vendor/BPO workforces.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate quantitative findings and staffing recommendations clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience with Looker or SQL, or familiarity with agentic or AI-assisted planning tools.
- Experience in tech or fintech.

$108,630 — $127,800 USD annual base salary (excluding equity and bonus)
