What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of six engineers; recruit and oversee engineering quality, incidents, SLAs, and on-call practices.
- Drive re-architecture of account and history systems and own the FinHub Tools roadmap, including internal UIs, dashboards, and agentic workflows.
- Set and execute a quarterly roadmap with cross-functional partners, shaping architecture across distributed systems, streaming pipelines, and full-stack tools.
