Serves as a strategic communications partner to Coinbase leaders, planning and delivering internal communications that support employee experience, company strategy, and culture.

- Own communications plans from strategy through execution and analysis; advise leaders and partners.
- Support team-wide and company-wide events, including presentations, talking points, event planning, and speaker preparation.
- Build scalable communications systems and AI-enabled workflows, measure effectiveness, and partner on internal issues and change management.
