Leads legal vendor and outside-counsel spend management, budgeting, e-billing, and cost optimization for Coinbase’s Legal, Policy, and Compliance departments.
What you'll do
- Manage legal spend, budget planning, forecasting, accruals, and financial workflows in partnership with FP&A.
- Lead e-billing operations, vendor onboarding, billing compliance, and law firm panel and fee optimization.
- Use spend reporting and analysis to advise legal leadership and improve processes and data quality.
