Manager, WFM Compliance Operations

What you'll do

• Lead capacity planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and cost and OpEx forecasting for Compliance Operations, including AI-driven productivity assumptions.
• Brief executives on workforce performance, capacity risks, regulatory readiness, and resourcing tradeoffs; build alignment across teams.
• Identify and lead operational improvement initiatives, from business case through execution, to meet operational and regulatory targets.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of relevant experience in senior Workforce Management, Operations, or Strategic Workforce Planning, including direct accountability for regulated or compliance-driven financial services or fintech operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling, including staffing models incorporating AI/automation productivity assumptions.
• Experience operating in or transitioning a team toward an AI-informed workforce model, including planning for AI agents’ operational contributions.
• Experience with modern WFM platforms (e.g., Assembled or comparable) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex).

Nice to have

• Experience designing or operating a two-tier model with senior internal strategists and a managed BPO execution layer.
• Familiarity with AI/automation tooling, SQL or data querying, Tech/Fintech, or consulting.
