Supports the People Analytics team by analyzing employee data, improving reporting, and prototyping AI-assisted tools and workflows for people decisions.
What you'll do
- Analyze employee lifecycle data and share actionable insights with leaders.
- Prototype AI-driven automations for recurring reports, anomaly detection, and data-quality checks; support dashboards and ad hoc requests.
- Improve self-service reporting and help develop executive presentations that clearly communicate data findings.
