Leads the AI Foundations engineering team building shared infrastructure for secure, reliable, and cost-effective AI use across Coinbase.
What you'll do
- Lead hiring, coaching, technical direction, prioritization, and delivery for AI Foundations engineering.
- Partner with Product and senior engineers to balance innovation with reliability, security, developer experience, and cost.
- Manage engineering vendor relationships and operational readiness; partner with Security, Legal, and Finance on AI governance and spend controls.
