About the job
Owns product strategy and delivery for Coinbase’s FP&A systems and workflows, including planning, forecasting, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.
What you'll do
- Set the roadmap for FP&A product workflows and partner with Finance and EAA leaders on the future operating model.
- Improve budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, reporting, and finance systems through better workflows and platform capabilities.
- Prioritize AI and automation opportunities, align cross-functional teams, and measure product outcomes.

Pay
$148,835 — $175,100 USD annual base salary (excluding equity and bonus)
