What you'll do
- Drive Coinbase’s participation in SEC rulemakings and develop comment-letter strategies.
- Build relationships with SEC staff and Commissioners’ offices and represent Coinbase in industry and regulator engagements.
- Translate proposed and final rules into guidance for Legal, Product, and executive stakeholders; assess risks and paths for no-action or exemptive relief.
