Owns the Coinbase One member experience, designing membership surfaces, engagement and retention flows, and campaigns across mobile and web.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design for Member Home, engagement surfaces, and retention flows; drive the member home redesign.
- Design campaigns, gamification mechanics, and discovery surfaces to increase benefit attachment and subscriber value.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Creative to shape and ship features and campaign expressions.
