Own full-lifecycle recruiting for Coinbase’s assigned teams, building talent pipelines and improving hiring processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Manage recruiting from role intake through candidate close, supporting G&A and technical roles as business needs shift.
- Source candidates, partner with hiring managers, and use pipeline analytics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
- Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs across global markets.
