What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electronic trading, clearing, exchange applications, and customer inquiries; support exchange investigations and error trade resolution.
• Coordinate product launches, platform updates, deployment testing, and client and vendor operational enablement.
• Document and recommend operational process improvements.

What they ask for

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field, with 1+ years of experience in financial markets operations or a technical operations role.
• Product and operational knowledge of listed futures or options, including hands-on error trade analysis and resolution.
• Ability to diagnose and explain complex technical problems to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering voice, email, and chat support while maintaining quality in high-volume, time-sensitive conditions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prediction markets, event contracts, FIX protocol, network protocols, SQL, or CRM tools such as Salesforce and JIRA.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Pay

$112,965 — $132,900 USD annual base salary (excluding equity and bonus)
