Own and build Coinbase’s routing infrastructure, connecting services to customers and improving traffic scalability, reliability, and performance across Kubernetes backends.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and automate routing infrastructure for Kubernetes backends at scale.
- Build routing capabilities using Envoy-based proxies, Istio gateways, Ambient mesh, and SPIFFE service authentication.
- Improve routing performance and developer workflows, including through AI-driven tooling, while partnering with Security, Reliability, and Observability teams.
