What you'll do
- Define test-infrastructure strategy and build and operate services for orchestration, smart test selection, sharding, flaky-test detection, and result analysis.
- Improve test feedback speed and reliability; own architecture, observability, SLOs, and on-call operations.
- Partner with engineering teams, mentor engineers, and raise technical standards.
