About the job
Provides technical leadership and hands-on engineering for Coinbase Financial Markets’ regulated futures and options platform, including its replatforming and core trade lifecycle systems.
What you'll do
- Own architecture across market data, order routing, settlement, reporting, and risk systems; drive replatforming and reduce legacy vendor dependencies.
- Set engineering standards through coding and design reviews, improve reliability, and address technical debt.
- Coordinate with engineering, Product, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Compliance; mentor engineers and deliver auditable systems.
