What you'll do
- Define and scale the Platform research practice, including its strategy, prioritization, and engagement models.
- Lead research and the recurring internal CSAT program; report findings and actionable opportunities to leadership.
- Influence product roadmaps and investment decisions, deliver polished design work, and coach partners on research and design craft.
