What you'll do
- Develop accounting policies and memos for new products and complex transactions, and resolve conclusions with external auditors.
- Analyze investments, M&A, and other strategic transactions, including purchase accounting and related disclosures.
- Partner across Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, and other teams; oversee external advisors and support effective SOX controls.
