Oversee merchant KYC/KYB reviews and ongoing compliance, improve onboarding processes, and support product and regional expansion.
What you'll do
- Conduct onboarding, enhanced due diligence, expansion, periodic, and partner-reliance reviews; maintain complete, current merchant records.
- Translate new regional, product, and banking requirements into operational processes, controls, and playbooks; develop and improve workflows and SOPs.
- Advise internal teams on KYC documentation and compliance inquiries, and partner with Product and Engineering on tooling and automation improvements.
