Own Coinflow’s fraud and indemnification products, making real-time transaction decisions while balancing approval rates, losses, pricing, and merchant controls.
What you'll do
- Own the indemnification product’s P&L, strategy, roadmap, resourcing, and approval-rate/loss-rate tradeoff.
- Work with data science and finance to productize risk models and develop loss economics, pricing, and policy recommendations.
- Build merchant-facing risk tools and evaluate risk infrastructure, data sources, and decisioning vendors.
What they ask for

- Experience with products where incorrect decisions cost the company money, such as lending, BNPL, issuing, insurance, risk, or payments where the employer carried the loss.
- Fluency with loss economics, expected loss, unit economics, and policy effects on revenue and exposure.
- Experience productizing models, shipping end to end from ambiguity to production, and communicating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Fraud, underwriting, or credit risk product experience; cross-border payments experience.
- Product work under heavy regulatory constraint (NACHA, MiCA, BSA/AML, PSD2, or equivalent); actuarial, quantitative finance, or data science background.
Pay
$175,000 - $225,000 USD (base salary)
