About the job
Develops customer-focused training offerings for accounting firms and corporate accounting and finance teams by discovering learning needs, adapting and creating curriculum, and supporting product development and launch.
What you'll do
- Partner with B2B customers to design and develop custom training programs and curriculum, adapting existing content or creating new material.
- Lead customer discovery and sales support, and translate customer needs into requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
- Coordinate content review and testing, align cross-functional work, and build and manage a team as it grows.
