About the job

Build and deploy AI-accelerated simulation models and workflows for engineering applications, from dataset creation and model validation to production integration.

What you'll do

  • Design and orchestrate simulation campaigns; develop automated dataset and simulation pipeline infrastructure.
  • Train and evaluate physics-informed models against industrial validation standards, collaborating with research teams to address model and data issues.
  • Build agentic workflows and RAG systems connecting LLMs with engineering simulation pipelines, and manage technical work with external engineering teams.

What they ask for

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in a listed or related field.
  • Strong grounding in deep learning and physics or engineering sciences, with hands-on experience implementing and training deep learning models.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable Python in Linux and HPC environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience with simulation solvers, ML for physics simulations or surrogate modeling, or automating simulation workloads on HPC clusters.
  • Contributions to large-scale open-source or production codebases, relevant publications, or experience with static typing, unit testing, and CI/CD.

Tools

OpenFOAM, ANSYS, COMSOL, Abaqus, Python, Linux, High-Performance Computing (HPC), LLMs

AI focus

Train and validate AI Physics Models and physics-informed models; apply AI to engineering simulations and build agentic workflows and RAG systems connecting LLMs to simulation pipelines.
