Own and coordinate payer billing implementations from discovery through launch and stabilization, while resolving operational issues and improving processes.
What you'll do
- Manage concurrent implementations, milestones, risks, requirements, testing, and launch coordination with internal teams and external payer/client stakeholders.
- Investigate implementation and claims issues; resolve within scope and engage subject-matter experts when needed.
- Improve implementation workflows, playbooks, documentation, reporting, and automation; track billing implementation KPIs.
