About the job
Provides remote, multidisciplinary oncology care and support to patients throughout screening, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.
What you'll do
- Assess patients’ clinical and support needs, and provide education, symptom management, escalation, referrals, and care planning through phone, messaging, and video.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary clinicians and care advocates, and develop targeted support plans.
- Help develop clinical protocols and maintain detailed patient encounter documentation.

- Unrestricted active RN license, eligibility to obtain additional state licenses, and an active NLC multi-state license.
