What you'll do
- Test cell culture conditions and sort, screen, and expand avian primordial germ cells.
- Collect embryo blood and tissue for cell line derivation, and inject primordial germ cells into surrogate embryos.
- Work toward project milestones and report project progress in meetings, reports, and presentations.
